At Jackpot Puzzles, we take pride in delivering a high-quality product and a one-of-a-kind experience with every order. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final (Prize-Based Products)
Due to the nature of our products—which include randomized, pre-assigned prizes—all sales are final.
Each puzzle is assigned a prize before shipment. Because of this, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refundsbased on prize outcomes or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
To request a replacement:
- Email support@jackpotpuzzles.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will send a free replacement puzzle.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at support@jackpotpuzzles.com, and we’ll assist in filing a claim where applicable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.
- We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed

Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
- You were charged incorrectly
- Your order was confirmed lost by the carrier
- We are unable to fulfill a replacement
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Chargebacks & Policy Abuse
Attempting to bypass this policy through chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
- Order bans
- Account restrictions
- Additional verification on future purchases
